Non sleep deep rest!
No movement, no experience needed, no pressure.
Just rest Monday, July 7th-
8pm- We will begin with journaling to provide clarity & intention. I will log on at 8pm! We usually wait & settle in until 8:15 for journal questions and we will have more time to set up, so don't stress on time!
8:30-9:20- Yoga Nidra (Yoga Nidra is a fully guided meditation practiced lying down or in a comfortable position.) There’s no movement—just deep relaxation as I lead you through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization to calm your nervous system
9:15-9:30- closing and opportunity to share
What to Prepare: -Journal - Couch, bed, yoga mat or any comfortable surface to lie on - Blanket or extra layers to stay warm - Pillow or bolsters for support under your head and knees -An eye mask or something to cover your eyes (optional but recommended)
We will gather in stillness together.
