About Event

Ever think about how much your hormones are actually running the show? They impact nearly everything — your sleep, skin, energy, mood, metabolism, cycle symptoms, and more. But most of us were never taught what’s really going on or how to support them in an intentional way that actually helps.

Join us and Maddy Pollack, Nutrition Health Coach + Hormone Health Expert and Yoga Instructor, for an afternoon all about tuning into your body, understanding hormones' role in your cycle, and building simple, supportive habits to feel your best — through every phase of your cycle. Part workshop, part movement class, the workshop will help you get clear on your hormones and explore small but mighty shifts that can make a real difference in how you feel day to day. We’ll close out our time with a grounding vinyasa class led by Maddy to leave you feeling strong, calm, and connected in your body.

What we’ll learn:

→ What hormones actually are + why they matter
→ The different phases of your menstrual cycle and what to expect
→ Daily habits that support balance (without overhauling your entire life)
→ How to move, eat, and rest in tune with your cycle
→ The connection between stress, sleep, and symptoms like PMS

What to expect:

→ A guided journaling session to reflect on your current habits
→ 2-3 actionable habits to start that week for more energy + ease
→ Included Digital Resources build by Maddy to keep learning after class
→ A grounding, strength-building yoga flow to leave you feeling connected + calm

About Maddy:

Maddy Pollack is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Hormone Health Coach and Yoga Instructor. After surviving cancer at 25 years old, she dove into the world of wellness and received her Hormone Health Coach certification, which changed her life forever in the best way. Maddy works one-on-one and in group settings with clients to help them balance their hormones naturally, lose weight, live in tune with their cycles and become more confident in their bodies. Through the pillars of nutrition, movement, and mindfulness, she emphasizes a whole body approach with her clients and is passionate about helping women tune in to their mind-body connection.
