​​Ambassador Wagar, a seasoned diplomat, served as the U.S. Ambassador to Singapore from 2013 to 2017. His tenure involved working with over 4,000 American companies based in Singapore, navigating the issues businesses face throughout Asia, and spearheading foreign direct investment into the United States.

​​He is the Vice Chairman of KairosWealth, a WealthTech platform servicing Family Offices and a partner at Terra Investments, a VC/PE firm focused on combining public policy and investments globally.

​​Ambassador Wagar served as President Obama's Florida Finance Chairman from January 2007 through the President's re-election in 2012, as Florida Finance Chair of the Democratic National Committee in 2004 for Senator John Kerry, and has been involved in Democratic politics for over thirty years.
