Terms & Conditions

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • ​Contact us for cancellations – whilst refunds are not guaranteed, we'll try our best to assist.

  • Full transfers available if cancellation occurs more than 1 week before class start date. (minus $20 processing fee)

  • ​No refunds for cancellations within 1 week of start date, unless a replacement is found.

Missed Classes

  • ​Life happens, we understand! But please note, we don't offer refunds for missed classes.

  • ​Limited makeup classes available at $60/session.

  • ​Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure you don't mis a vital step in your making journey.

Karla Marie Ceramics Limited’s Commitment

  • ​We very rarely need to cancel a term but occasionally need to adjust dates to ensure we run with a full class, we will work with students to ensure a suitable changes for all.

  • Full refund for classes cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.

  • ​We reserve the right to change tutors but will keep you informed.

  • ​We're here to support you through life's unexpected moments.
