Join Sydney for a calming sunset yoga class at Soma Sanctuary!
Yin Yoga is a restorative form of yoga and meditation. This style of yoga holds poses for longer periods of time to restore deep tissues in the body and release stress from the mind. Recommended for those who feel stiff, stuck, need release, or are very busy and active.
Soma Sanctuary has a beautiful indoor studio with views of the sunset over the water - a perfect location for the practice of evening yin yoga.
