I have been practicing yoga for 10+ years and received my RYT 200hr certification through Yoga Works in 2019 in Washington, DC. I believe we come to our mats to heal and so that we can move through the world more connected, aware and at peace with the world around us— honoring and respecting where our bodies are TODAY.
