​Join me for FREE quarterly Live QA all about postpartum, a 2-hour virtual event for expectant parents (2nd and 3rd trimester). All expectant parents are welcome: moms, birthing people, non-gestational parents, partners, couples, and single parents.

​In this session, we will take a look at what matters in the first 6 weeks and beyond.

​The topics we may cover:

• ​postpartum physical recovery,

• ​partner support,

• ​self-care and meeting our needs,

• ​support networks,

• ​emotional wellbeing.
