- 4:00 PM: Kickoff, snacks
- 4:15 PM: Watch demos from AI coding pros
- 4:45 PM: Idea pitches
- 5:00 PM: Form teams & start building
- 6:00 PM: Pizza break (keep coding!)
- 8:30 PM: Show off what you built
- 9:00 PM: Awards & wrap-up

​JUDGING CATEGORIES:
- Most Educational Workflow (best process & insights)
- Most Ridiculous (wildest/silliest concept)
- Most Practical (highest real-world potential)

HOW TO PREP:
- Bring your gear: Laptop with development environment set up, charger, and any AI tools you want to experiment with (Loveable, Claude, GPT, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
- Come with ideas: Have 1-3 potential project concepts in mind that you can pitch in under a minute, but be open to joining others' teams too.
- Be ready to learn and share: No specific experience level required—just bring curiosity about AI-assisted development and willingness to collaborate with others.
