• ​3:00 – 3:15 PM – Welcome & Introduction to The Drop: our mission, impact, and what to expect during the week

• ​3:15 – 3:45 PM – Volunteer schedule walkthrough + individual tasks & responsibilities

• ​3:45 – 4:15 PM – Stories & tips from past volunteers

• ​4:15 – 4:30 PM – Team introductions & icebreakers

• ​4:30 – 5:00 PM – Snacks, networking, and relaxed mingling

​This meetup is the perfect chance to get familiar with the event setup, ask questions, and start building the team spirit that will carry us through The Drop. 🌱
