  • ​12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Dance Class at Centre Civic Drassanes

  • ​1:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Brunch at Gringa (Carrer de la Lleialtat, 16, Ciutat Vella, 08001 Barcelona)

​We’ll explore sensual and expressive movement through a blend of styles:

​1️⃣ Warm-up with a Latin vibe and an introduction to Salsa.
2️⃣ Dive into some Dancehall and Modern Dance/Hip Hop steps.
3️⃣ End with a sensual choreographed routine – Heels Style (heels optional—you can totally rock this class barefoot or in sneakers).

​This class is all about connecting with your body, releasing blockages, and embracing your feminine energy in a safe and supportive environment.

​Weather you’re a total beginner or just want to have fun and meet new friends, this class is for you! ✨
