How to raise money for your startup - Fundraising 101.

We will cover everything from the basics to the strategy and tactics of getting a round down, including:

When and how much to fundraise
What you need to fundraise, valuations
The different types of investors, their incentives and mindsets
How to run a fundraising process

And loads more. This will be focused on venture-backable technology companies that want to scale for extremely large impact fast. It will be less relevant to other types of startup/business.

Will be led in a very interactive lecture style, with endless q&a at the end. Expect it to take ~2 hours to get through the body, though.

I've been investing as an angel and VC since 2013, have raised 50+ tickets from $10k to $10M into startups I ran, and have advised/helped on 100+ other investments.
