Plunge into Calm Sunday
Meet incredible growth-minded individuals, push your comfort zone in a fun and supportive environment, and experience the power of breathwork.
Please bring water, a yoga mat or blanket to sit or lie on for the breathwork and meditation, and a towel and change of clothes for after the cold plunge.
This event is 18 and up and each attendee will be required to sign a release of liability waiver on site before participating. Please be sure to review the list of contraindications below and discuss with your doctor if you have any of the listed conditions and/or are concerned about the health risks of breathwork and cold plunge.

Contraindications for breathwork and cold exposure:
- Pregnancy
- High Blood Pressure
- Severe mental health condition (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
- Detached retina
- Epilepsy
- History or diagnosis of aneurisms
- Cardiovascular problems
- History of seizures
- Raynaud's Syndrome
