License Law: The Scenarios That Get Agents in Trouble

​Real Estate agents and brokers in Georgia must be fully aware of state license law. Please join Seth Weissman as he walks you through various scenarios and how they should be handled to ensure compliance with the law. This course is open to real estate agents and brokers and does qualify for the Georgia License Law requirement.

​This class has been approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) for three (3) hours of LICENSE LAW Continuing Education credit. The class will be offered via the video conferencing platform of Zoom. In order to qualify for the credit, you must enable your camera and Weissman monitors must be able to verify your presence visually throughout the duration of the class.
