Iris is CEO & co-founder at Mava, a customer support platform for community-driven companies. In her role at Mava, she has worked with hundreds of companies - and DAOs - with community at their core. Mava works with many leading web3 & community-driven brands such as Eigen, 1inch, Alchemy and DeGods. Iris has been in the startup and tech industry for the past 10 years, and prior to founding Mava she was the first employee at Hong Kong based digital bank Neat, where she played a pivotal role in scaling up the company.
Raam Chandrasekharan- DAO Relations, Arbitrum Foundation
Raam is a DAO governance and operations facilitator, having contributed to a handful of DAOs and currently serving as DAO Relations at the Arbitrum Foundation. He comes with a background in blockchain and web3 consulting from a 'Big Four' organisation, and is passionate about how these technologies can be used to design and govern socioeconomic systems with more integrity.
Nick Almond - CEO, Factory Labs
Nick is a physicist, learning theorist, governance expert and DAO veteran. He is currently building at the intersection of decentralised governance and AI. Reputation systems and the AI X DAO intersection
