About Event

​Location: College of DuPage Homeland Security Education Center, Room 1022 (Mock Courtroom)

​Leadership is about having a positive impact and advocating for real change - but HOW does that happen? Join the Living Leadership Program for an interactive and engaging leadership development workshop on the topic of ADVOCACY. Led by the Restore Justice Foundation organization, in this training, you will learn about the legislative process in Illinois and how a bill really becomes a law, develop skills to navigate the legislative process in Springfield where lawmakers gather, and build support for issues that matter to you. All students from all majors and all levels of leadership experience are welcome!

​This workshop counts for credit in the Living Leadership Program.
