Green Warriors Award Hong Kong 2024 - Awards Ceremony & Networking Drinks
Green Is The New Black and The Conscious Festival are pleased to invite you to the GREEN WARRIORS Awards. Join us as we unveil this year’s Hong Kong awardees, featured in a photo exhibition alongside our Lifetime Achievement Green Warrior Award winner Dr Sylvia Earle and Young Changemakers Awardees Sam and Gary Bencheghib.
This invite-only event will celebrate the exceptional contributions of select Green Warriors and ignite our collective commitment to a greener future.
At Green Is The New Black, we are honoured to connect with remarkable individuals transforming our world through their everyday actions. In 2017, we launched the GREEN WARRIORS Awards and Photo Exhibition to spotlight these inspiring change-makers.
Guided by our philosophy of taking #LittleGreenSteps to #LiveMoreConsciously, we curate our Green Warriors each year, seeking those who embody sustainable living and empower others to join the movement. The evening will be our invite-only event, where we will celebrate the exceptional contributions of select Green Warriors and ignite our collective commitment to a greener future.
Green Is The New Black is a lifestyle media and events platform that is on a mission to make conscious living mainstream and accessible. We do this through stories and curated experiences advocating for social and behavioural change, that leads to little green steps with big impact. Through our work, we are fortunate enough to meet some seriously inspiring people like the Green Warriors 2021, 2019, 2018, and 2017.
Every year we select over 30 GREEN WARRIORS from around the world and celebrate the work they do through stunning portraits. This year the portraits will be displayed through a physical exhibition in both Hong Kong on the 25th of October and Singapore on the 26th of October.
Previous Green Warriors have included: Dr. Sylvia Earle, BLOND:ISH - DJ and founder of Bye Bye Plastic, Gary Bencheghib - Plastic activist and Co-Founder of Sungai Watch, Craig Leeson - Director of A Plastic Ocean, Nadya Hutagalung - model activist, David Yeung - CEO of Green Monday, Esther An - Chief Sustainability Officer of City Developments Limited, Robbie Lockie - Founder of Plant Based News, Isaias Hernandez - Queen Brown Vegan, Assaad Razzouk - The Angry Clean Energy Guy, Aditi Mayer - Sustainability activist and Storyteller, and many more.
