Meet your guide:
Dipti Arora — VP of Finance at CircleCI and certified yoga instructor. She blends high-performance leadership with mindfulness practices to help busy professionals move with clarity and intention.
This session is for you if:
You’re always “on” for others
You lead or support in fast-moving environments
You know you need a break, but rarely take one
What’s included:
40 minutes of yoga + breathwork (accessible to all levels)
Guided reflection circle to connect and decompress
Quiet space to breathe before the week takes over
