The Co-Founder Matching Club Vol. I đź’™
The first event by Still Employed, Already Ideating (Read more or sign up)
Are you still in your job – but already thinking about building something on your own?
Then this evening is for you.
In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll meet others who are also searching for a co-founder who actually clicks. Instead of elevator pitches and surface networking, we’ll create a space for deep conversations and mutual support.
At the heart of the session is a Reciprocity Circle:
You'll be invited to share a specific request - something you genuinely need help with on your (founder) journey. Then you'll listen as others share their needs and offer whatever assistance, connections, or resources you can provide. What emerges is often surprising: unexpected solutions from unlikely sources, serendipitous connections, and the powerful discovery that helping others often helps yourself.
🧠What to expect:
✅ An space to share what you’re really looking for
âś… A structured Reciprocity Circle to connect through needs and offers
âś… Conversations with people who are also ready to take the next step
👀 Who is this for?
For aspiring founders, builders and creatives who are still employed – but already full of ideas. Whether you’re searching for a co-founder, thinking about quitting your job, or just want to meet others who are where you are: this is your room.
💥 You’ll walk away with:
✨ A clearer picture of what kind of co-founder or project you’re looking for
✨ New connections with like-minded people
✨ A sense of community around the early, messy, exciting phase of starting something new
📅 When: Wednesday, August 25th, 19:00–20:30
📍 Where: Mindspace Münzstraße, Berlin
💸 Cost: Small fee to cover venue & setup – we are not making a profit
