​​At Swan's, they assign 6 people to a plate of Nachos.

​​To simplify things, we'll have a piece of paper where you write your name. If we get 6 interested people we order 1 plate, 12 = 2 places, etc. You can eat from all plates (Veg/Beef/Chicken) encouraging mobility in the space. This simplifies things for the staff regarding the final bill and means people who don't eat Nachos don't get charged. Usually, we have 3-4 plates of nachos.
