Mental Health and Emotional Metabolism for Founders
Learn essential tools to manage yourself in a safe space.
Mental Health is a challenge we all face.
For Founders, with intense pressure to succeed, the mental health challenge only increases. And ignoring this issue does not actually make it go away!
To create a strong and growing company, you need to find your own inner strength to face your challenges and grow through them. Managing yourself is essential before you can manage others.
During this session we will create a safe and brave space to raise and normalize mental health challenges. We'll also provide fellows with tools and resources to manage their own mental health, and help other founders to do the same in a peer coaching environment.
