About Event

Join us for the ultimate running experience at the 2024 BKLYN MILE WORKOUT!

The group will meet at BRCo. in Williamsburg, warm up together to McCarren Track, and participate in warm-up drills & dynamic stretching led by the pros at Finish Line PT. This will be followed by a workout led by Coach Jes. We'll return to BRCo. for a cool down with the experts from Finish Line PT to discuss running recovery, and everyone will receive Cheribundi recovery pouches to aid in their post-run recovery.
