​​The Constellations Fellowship Program was established in 2020, during the onset of COVID, to unite students and recent graduates with career changing opportunities in the climate space. Since inception, the program has received 11,017 applications, hosted 375 fellows, and supported the work of 35 Keeling Curve laureate and finalist organizations.
