Crunch & Brunch hosts monthly events that combine health & wellness, delicious food, and making new friends in Seattle.
On Friday February 7th, Join us for a mat pilates class at Pilatecising in Fremont followed by refreshments at their studio.
9:45am: arrive at Row House SLU studio. Check in, and get excited for class.
10:00am: Class starts! This is a 45-minute, mat pilates class
10:45am: Make new friends, have some snacks, and head over to Livbud Cafe for more conversation and connection.
About Pilatecising: Pilates based movement on a mat, with a bar style slow count, a Billy Blanks tempo, a lot of tiny grounding moves, but with fantasy-fiction style descriptions. This is a fusion of methods inspired by a variety of practices where the focus is staying curious and playful in our strengths and ranges.
