​Imagine you on your yoga mat, the mat covered with canvas, earth based paints on your hands, feet, and body...
breath connecting you to your body and to your heart, your body becoming a paintbrush, expressing itself through movement,
and the canvas beneath you is there capturing it all.

Come experience a yoga practice that incorporates a sensory rich experience that is sensual, playful, and so very soulful.

No yoga experience needed. Just an open mind and willing heart to come feel, experience, and express through your body, and allow what is wanting to be created through you. I will be guiding the yoga practice. You will be creating through your unique expression.

​Please bring a yoga mat and clothes that you are ok with getting dirty and painty:) Clothes can be a tank top, t-shirt, or sports bra, with shorts or pants. The paints are intended to "wash off" but that isn't guaranteed. We will have a hose to "wash off", but a change of dry clean clothes for after the experience may feel welcomed and comfy to wear home:)

​REGISTRATION CLOSES on Wednesday May 28th, to order all supplies.

​TICKETS are NON-REFUNDABLE as I will be purchasing all art supplies based on number registered here.

​Art materials used are high quality, including Natural Earth Based Paints and mat length Primed Cotton Canvas.
