Gentle Yoga with Sound Bath ✨
Join me for a morning yoga and meditation class at the Worcester Public Library {Main Library} on Saturday, December 28.
New to yoga? This class is gentle, easy and perfect for beginners.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Class begins at 10:00am and ends at 11:00am. Please arrive 5 minutes before class to allow yourself time to settle. Silence cell phones or other electronics.
WHAT TO BRING:
Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and anything for comfort. Props are not necessary. I will not have extra mats. Wear comfortable clothing.
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Join us for a calming and gentle yoga class. Flow with mindful movement to nourish the body, mind and soul in slow-paced postures, ending with a light meditation with mini sound bath. A sound bath is an immersion in beautiful sounds and vibrations that are healing for your body, mind and spirit.

There is an open lot parking lot right outside the library.
HOW TO FIND US:
Walk up to the main entrance. On arrival, you will see the Banx Room to your right (or left) side, near the double doors, depending on which entrance you are arriving through. Having trouble? Ask a librarian at the customer service desk.
