Belayane Najoua (Nazsi) is a PR & Communication professional, now Munch's PR and Partnership Area Lead. Belayane Najoua has been foundational to Munch since its inception, leading its transformation into a beloved brand across four countries through strategic PR and external communications. Najoua is a frequent speaker on branding and sustainable communication at major educational institutions and has contributed over 180 articles on social and environmental issues to respected publications. She was one of the youngest nominees of the Signature PR Award 2024, while she is a member of the Hungarian PR Association and also consults on PR projects, leveraging her extensive experience to benefit other companies.
