Are Butterflies in the Qur’an? Book Read by author Mariyam Azam

​Mariyam Azam is a homeschooling mom and storyteller behind the picture books “Nusayba Knows Her Worth” and “Are Butterflies in the Qur’an?”. On 7/19 she’ll be at Burooj Library for a read-aloud, followed by a butterfly-themed activity. Mariyam leads the Polished Mirror program, at Tarbiya Institute, which introduces children to the teachings of Imam Al Ghazali using Socratic methods of instruction. She also serves as a youth mentor. Mariyam loves to chat with families about homeschooling and Islam-centered storytelling. Bring the little ones, their questions, and a book to sign.
