We’re launching a high-impact program supporting five promising business owners with hands-on guidance, financial preparation, and strategic coaching to acquire commercial real estate. Participants who successfully complete the cohort will be eligible for a $5,000 grant supported by resources from NC IDEA to further their journey toward ownership, with the potential for equity investment consideration from Partners in Equity upon successful completion.
We’re bringing together a trusted circle of commercial real estate brokers, bankers, and business advisors like you to help us identify the right five — owners who are ready to commit and positioned to succeed.
