About Event

If you’ve been part of the #30DaysInPublic challenge, you must know Ben Barbersmith (@benbarbersmith). He is in every single email prompt, inspiring us to write our Building in Public tweet threads.

There is a reason why I chose Ben to be our example: he is authentic, has his own personality online, and most importantly, he understands how to involve the people around him (audience) in his building process. If you follow his Twitter, you’re witnessing how he brainstorm-ideate-drive interest-build-sell. His latest product, SQL for Humans, is a great example.

I’ve followed him for a while, I can also see that he is conscious of building his own businesses, making key decisions, and safeguarding his time. He doesn’t usually get on events like this, so it is my pleasure to have him with us at Public Lab.
