​About the Speakers

​Kimberly Mathisen:
Leadership veteran with 25+ years of experience in digital, corporate, and sustainability sectors. As CEO of HUB Ocean and former GM of Microsoft Norway, she spearheads a global mission to unlock ocean data for science, industry, and policy.

​Nina Jensen:
Marine biologist turned ocean leader—15 years at WWF Norway, followed by her role as CEO of REV Ocean, where she oversees the world’s largest expedition vessel and drives strategic innovation to heal the ocean.
