​We recently ran a Whatsapp poll to hear about what’s top of mind for our community. The result? We’re holding our next event on Compensation and Benefits in 2024.

​This upcoming session format will be a small-group discussion. Participants will be encouraged to share their experiences and challenges with compensation, benefits and rewards at SEA startups. We’ll also crowdsource ideas and takeaways to learn and move forward.

​seachange circles gathers our community of HR builders from scaleup tech companies around Southeast Asia. It’s a 60-minute session to meet and learn from each other in small groups.

​Topics are recent and relevant. Conversations are experience-led and tactical. This is a safe space to learn and benefit from the experience of others, no matter where we are in our HR journey. Walk away with fresh ideas, actionable insights and new friends to take on new HR challenges!

​We welcome your specific HR challenges related to this topic. Just let us know via the sign up form, and we will allocate time to address this in session. Other than that, allow yourself space and time and for candid sharing and reflection, sometimes in breakout rooms. Come with a growth mindset and a willingness to be vulnerable.
