​About Catherine Ducharme, PCC, CLC  

​Founder and Principal of Fluency Leadership, a leadership + team development and coaching practice, Catherine is a career communicator, certified coach, and facilitator with 30+ years of communications and leadership experience. She has held senior leadership roles in PR, Corporate, Internal, and Marketing Communications in a range of industries including high-tech and health sciences. She is past President of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) regional board and local BC chapter and was recognized as IABC’s Regional Leader of the Year in 2021.

​Fluency is Catherine’s third entrepreneurial venture. Her mission is to equip leaders with the support and skills they need to build thriving work environments and become the leaders they aspire to be. She loves sharing leadership insights and inspiring action through writing and speaking.
