​A 3hour daytime workshop + 3hour evening workshop in-person to co-regulate with others on the camino of ATTUNE..

​What does it look like to be invited into coherence with other nervous systems in real time ... what does it feel like to be in my (or your) personal multidimensional vessel (body, soul, spirit) and interface with other conscious beings in the community of empathy, healing, and humanity ?

​12noon to 3pm will be introduction and play time. Evening session 5 to 8:15pm will build on the topics and themes introduced and explored in the day. For specific exercises, see past ATTUNE ⭕️ events. The central tool we work with is nervous system care and regulation.

​Rate is €150 on the day for the entire day. Bring a friend and pay €275 for two people. EARLYBIRD rate (paid in full before 1st June 2025) is €100 for the day. Couples earlybird €175. VIP option (get a private 1:1 session in addition, to agree on time/date) €200 / €150 earlybirdVIP.
