Building a PreSales Enablement Program in Hyper-Growth
Enabling PreSales teams can be challenging under the best of circumstances. PreSales teams need enablement on Sales process, core competencies (e.g., demoing and consulting), and they also need a great deal of product enablement. Unfortunately, PreSales teams are often overlooked when it comes to receiving dedicated enablement partners and resources, and are usually expected to enable themselves. All of these challenges are compounded when you’re in hyper growth mode – a phase when many of your team members may be new. So, how do you effectively develop and evolve a PreSales enablement program that provides the team with the knowledge and skills they need? On this leader roundtable, we’ll cover:

  • Building a PreSales enablement program

  • Evolving and scaling an enablement program

  • Structuring and measuring the effectiveness of your enablement program
