Building an Associate Academy for PreSales

In a hiring market that makes it increasingly tough to find experienced PreSales professionals, creating an associate academy is a way to hire and train employees who are new to PreSales. It's also an excellent way to lessen risk you might feel from hiring nontraditional candidates by providing them with a guided path to your PreSales organization.

Our host, Julia Welch will share her experiences in creating and managing associate academies. If you are considering an academy, this is a great chance to learn from Julia.
