The importance of collaboration across the entire revenue teams can't be overstated.

But sometimes collaboration can get a little tricky. What if you're not sure what other teams need? How do you make sure that your team gets assistance from other groups? Or maybe you've tried to build more collaboration but aren't sure whether or not it's working?

Our host, Deirdre Sommerkamp, will discuss how to assess where you're at when it comes to collaboration and then explore ways you can improve that area of your team's work. She'll also talk about how to learn from her own experiences as a manager and executive and share some of the strategies that have worked for her over the years.
