About Event

🎬 In collaboration with the Terra Goddesses community of Singapore, HER Planet Earth proudly presents Voices from the Terracesan unforgettable evening of storytelling, connection, and purpose featuring the Singapore premiere of our latest short documentary.

Filmed during HER Planet Earth’s 13th expedition in April 2025, this powerful documentary follows a diverse, all-female team as they journey through the UNESCO-listed rice terraces of the Ifugao region of the Philiipines, summit Mt. Pulag via the challenging Akiki Trail, and engage with indigenous women leaders fighting to preserve their cultural heritage and ecosystems in the face of climate change.

Directed by Singaporean filmmaker Victoria Sim, the film offers an intimate look at the expedition’s emotional highs and physical challenges—spotlighting the courage and resilience of women shaping climate solutions from the ground up.

About the Expedition

The 2025 HER Planet Earth Philippines Expedition raised close to USD $50,000 in support of Conservation International Philippines, working directly with indigenous communities to strengthen women's livelihoods through sustainable agriculture and reforestation.

The team also collaborated with Wavemaker Impact and its agritech venture Rize to promote climate-smart rice farming practices that reduce methane emissions and increase resilience in the face of rising climate threats.
