Many individuals want to grow into a Leadership role because they feel it is the next step but is it always? First time managers are thrusted into a position without adequate training and resources and are expected to perform.
Leadership Next is for first time managers, those early in their leadership journey, and individual contributors who aspire to become PreSales leaders.
