Abhijit Bhaduri is a globally recognized practitioner of talent and leadership development. As a former Partner at Microsoft he was the GM of Global Learning & Development where he led onboarding and skilling strategies, particularly for people managers. He was also Wipro’s first Chief Learning Officer and has led HR teams across the U.S., Asia Pacific, and India at PepsiCo, Colgate, and Tata Steel.
A trusted advisor and executive coach, Abhijit works with companies to build their leadership bench, talent strategies, and culture. He teaches at the University of Pennsylvania’s Executive Doctoral Program for Chief Learning Officers and is a Distinguished Alumnus of XLRI.
