Integrity Institute Presents: Product’s Relationship with Trust & Safety
Integrity work often requires product development, and yet often, our work is seen as separate from Product or even at times, as antagonist. Trust & Safety features are often reactive, not trying to satisfy our four risks, but instead designed to meet regulations or ‘fix’ issues that were caused by the approach taken to building features in the first place. Unsurprisingly, there are often even more challenges when our customers and users are completely different, or where our users’ attention is the thing we sell.
What if we began to approach things differently by viewing Integrity as integral to the Value and Viability of our product management practice? How can Trust & Safety teams work with or as a part of the product org to create more value for all users and customers? How can we think of measuring our success in T&S not as mitigation but as contribution to the business goals?
In this conversation, we’ll bring expertise from Product and Trust & Safety to imagine a collaboration that can open the doors to innovation and long-term success for our social and collaborative software. This event will be virtual and we will be publishing the meeting link one week before the event.
