Product Discovery Process: From interviews to experiments

Are you tired of building products nobody wants?

In this 2-day workshop, we will dive into the Product Discovery Process so you and your team can refine your ideas by deeply understanding real user problems and making data-driven decisions on the best way to solve them.

Over the 2 days you will:

  • Practice the keystone habit of weekly research

  • Learn to build compounding returns in customer expertise

  • Find ways to eliminate the riskiest assumptions within your solutions

  • Build an experiment-driven approach to test big ideas

Two 3-hour workshops full of active learning to give you the tools, mindset, and confidence to run Product Discovery with the whole team.

“First, you need to discover whether there are real users out there that want this product… Second, you need to discover a product solution to this problem that is usable, useful, and feasible.” -Marty Cagan

Who should come:

  • Product Designers that want to practice building an experiment-driven approach

  • UX Designers that want to turn user problems into built products

  • Product Managers that want to de-risk product ideas before launching an MVP

  • Product Leaders that want to use customer data to enhance their decision-making abilities
