Light movement to include postural work and light abs.
A transformative sound bath experience, featuring crystal bowls designed to ground, align, and bring balance to mind, body, and soul.

Pua Hall, founder of Soulstice LLC, is a renowned holistic healer and former UCLA All-American gymnast turned sound healing expert. Her journey of overcoming adversity inspired her mission to create tools and experiences that empower individuals to nurture their well-being.
