

Mat Pilates with Vika
A full-body workout rooted in precision, breath, and deep core awareness.
This 75-minute class blends classical Pilates principles with a contemporary understanding of movement. You’ll be guided through intentional, well-sequenced exercises that activate the deep core, improve posture, and support long-term mobility—especially in the lower back and hips.
Rooted in the six foundational principles of Pilates—concentration, control, centering, precision, breath, and flow—this practice builds strength, stamina, and structural awareness for efficient, pain-free movement.
🪷 All levels welcome. Come as you are.
🧺 Bring your own mat and comfortable clothes. There are a few mats available to borrow, but please message on the group, to make sure one can be saved for you.
🌐 Classes are in English.
💛 Donation-based. These classes are for the community. Give what you want or can afford—we suggest 200–500 UAH, but it’s your call. Your contribution keeps these classes going!
No gurus—just breath, movement, and connection. 🙏
👧About the Teacher:
Vika is a certified Pilates teacher (Kane School, 200hr) with a background in contemporary dance and somatics. Her classes focus on anatomical precision, functional movement, and deep body awareness. Drawing from years of movement research, she supports students in building strength, improving alignment, and releasing habitual tension—especially in the lower back and hips.
Vika is also available for private sessions and corporate classes.
