Pricing & Business Models: A Roundtable for B2B Builders
Establishing a strong business model and pricing strategy in B2B is never simple—and it often feels like there’s never enough information. But you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Join EchoHer for a candid roundtable conversation with fellow founders and operators as we unpack real-world B2B models: from SaaS to services, pilots to enterprise deals.
Several community mentors will lead different parts of the discussion, sharing what’s worked (and what hasn’t) across stages and business types. Whether you're rethinking your GTM or trying to land your first customer, this session will give you a space to reflect on your model and get real feedback from others in the trenches.
Why This Matters:
Your business model shapes how you deliver and capture value. Pricing isn’t just numbers—it’s a strategic tool to test demand, build revenue, and better understand your customer. This roundtable is a chance to learn from others, share openly, and leave with real insights to guide your next steps.
