Prelude to Mindful Dating 101

​humhum and Dating Coach Dr. Marie Thouin @love_insight_dating are collaborating to bring you an experience that weaves together community, discussion, mindfulness and authentic connection as we explore how to bring mindfulness into the dating experience.

​This 45-minute experience will begin a talk by Dr. Marie Thouin on her Pillars of Mindful Dating. Then, will open up for a Q+A and live coaching with Dr. Marie. This session is a prelude to our 3-session workshop in January.
