Parent Run Club

​We are a run club with childcare! We know how hard it is to be active as a parent and our goal is to help make that a little easier. Runs are around the Applewood neighborhood in Golden, CO. All levels and paces are welcome. Runs will range from 3 to 6 miles. The route will be posted on Instagram and Strava beforehand.

​Cost: First time is free, then $20 per kid per run! Additional kids are $15.

8:40 am Run Begins
9:35 am Run Ends
9:40 am Pick Up Kids + Shop for Alyth

​Best Practices:
Sign up at least 48 hours in advance of each run.
If your schedule changes and you can no longer attend, please let us know ASAP so we can adjust childcare accordingly.
Drop off your littles on time so the run can begin promptly at 8:30am.
Toys and play mats will be provided. The playroom is located in a yoga studio so the kids will have a safe space with plenty of room for activities.
Ideal age is 6 months and older but we can be flexible. We are here to make things easier, not harder.
