All participants will receive Katherine's Face Yoga Guide. This guide is a pdf explaining face yoga that provides detailed information and a step-by-step process to create a personal face yoga routine.
The hour and a half session creates time for community, conversation & self-care.
Goal: Leave feeling more love for yourself to love others better!
What is self-love? ... Self-love means having a high regard for your well-being and happiness. Self-love means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others.
The more confident we are in loving ourselves, the better we can love others.
