​Coaching From Essence Deep Practice Lab

​This practice lab is for more experienced coaches who want to turn Coaching From Essence into bone knowledge and take their coaching to a deeper level.

​You should be familiar with the Coaching From Essence curriculum and open to honest and direct feedback. This is high heat coaching. Be prepared.

​There is no one right way to coach. Every time the client stops speaking, you're at a fork in the road. You have multiple choices of how to respond. The aim of this program is not to teach you one formulaic way to coach, but to teach you how to THINK as a coach.

​Coaching is like dancing.

​You will also learn how to dance—coach—from your essence, how to bring your natural strengths as a coach into play, and how to incorporate Coaching From Essence naturally into your coaching when appropriate. You'll discover more possibilities for yourself as a coach and learn to trust your coaching essence.

​This lab will be unlike any other Coaching From Essence program. We'll dive right in. You'll play with your coaching. You'll work with a partner and coach—and be coached—on something that's real for you. We'll do tag team coaching, where several people coach one person, so you can see different ways of thinking. Then we'll debrief the sessions, I'll coach you on your coaching, and answer any questions.

​You'll see the ideas, models, and skills in action. Depending on the volunteer, the coaching may include essencework, edgework, lovework... in other words, not a roleplay. Real work. You'll see the process and the impact in real time.

​This session will be a good review for anyone who's been studying the Coaching From Essence materials and will be especially valuable for anyone who has been studying the videos or their own.

​In addition to the program sessions, I encourage you to coach each other between sessions and to record sessions (with peers or your clients) for review by other coaches.

​Sessions are recorded and shared on the Community Forum. Please intend to attend all the sessions. Keep your camera on for the duration of the call. Everyone must be fully present.

​Tuition is $500/month. Enrollment is limited to 8 participants.
