Pursuing Purpose Ep. 24 – Family Trust Circles
Family Trust Circles
In the October edition of the Pursuing Purpose Series, Argonauts Co-Founder Loes Fokker will share insights on how you can apply our Trust Circle methodology to nurture family relationships and strengthen cross-generational ties.
Family dynamics can be challenging. Many of us have invested countless hours and resources in self-development, coaching, therapy, and even our Trust Circles to overcome old patterns and become more conscious leaders. Yet, the moment we get together with our family for Thanksgiving or other occasions, it often feels like our progress is lost, and we end up in the same arguments we've been trying to move past.
What would it be like if your family as a collective could break free from unhelpful patterns and dynamics, and embrace a culture of vulnerability and empathy instead?
This is where the Trust Circle principles come in. By making space for meaningful conversations within your family, you can strengthen relationships, reduce conflicts, and foster collaboration.
In this Pursuing Purpose event, we will explore how to create an environment for these open and vulnerable conversations within our families.
