The climate crisis is transforming every sector, and the creative industries are no exception. As the pressure grows, so does our opportunity to lead.

As part of London Climate Action Week, this session brings together leading voices from the advertising world who are integrating Serviced Emissions into the heart of their business. Developed by Oxford Net Zero and Race to Zero—then accelerated by Purpose Disruptors and Creatives for Climate. The framework helps organisations measure the full impact of their work, from the clients they serve to the stories they tell.

Through honest discussion and practical insight, leaders from global and independent agencies will share how they’re making this transition and why it’s not just the ethical choice, but smart business.

We’ll explore how accounting for serviced emissions opens new paths to climate leadership, reduces risk, and builds future-fit organisations.

Creatives for Climate is the world’s largest and most diverse network of creative professionals driving climate action — uniting over 6,000 members across 90+ countries and a rapidly expanding alliance of ethical agencies.
Founded in 2019 by award-winning sustainability leader Lucy von Sturmer, the organization has become a global force for creative climate leadership — recognized as an official accelerator to the UN-backed Race to Zero campaign.
Through its flagship platform, Creatives for Climate equips industry professionals with the tools, training, and community to transform mindsets, skillsets, services, and client portfolios — shifting the creative economy toward a climate-positive future.

Purpose Disruptors is an award-winning nonprofit on a mission to change the story of advertising to work in harmony with the natural world. They aim to shift the story of advertising from one of extraction to regeneration, negligence to responsibility, and careless to conscious consumption. Their work includes developing a pioneering measurement framework – Advertised Emissions – to measure the holistic emissions of advertising, now adopted by the UN as best leadership practice, developing the flagship industry sustainability training programme, ChangeTheBrief Alliance founding the Good Life 2030 project, aimed at redefining the concept of a ‘good life’ by shifting the focus away from consumerism towards connection, and most recently – launching the Agency for Nature – the first Creative Agency for All Life on Earth.
